Description :

The major cause for temporary muscle inflammation is overuse of the muscles or continuous muscle use without proper resting. However, there can be other causes as well for chronic muscle inflammation. These include Lupus, multiple sclerosis, or other autoimmune diseases. Arthritis can also lead to muscle inflammation in many patients. Symptoms could be muscle weakness, muscle pain, difficulty swallowing, trouble climbing stairs, general tiredness and fatigue.

Take Milk ¼ Cup, Water ¾ Cup, Fresh Ginger ½ inch, Black Pepper 2 pieces, Cardamom 2 pieces, Cinnamon 1 inch, Clove 1 piece, Nutmeg 1 pinch, Sugar 1 tsp. and Cow Ghee 1 tsp. Mix all the ingredients well. Boil them with Milk and Sugar for two to three minutes. Filter it. Add Cow Ghee and drink lukewarm. It will relax the muscles instantly.

Take half tspn. Fenugreek seed powder, 1/4 tspn. dry ginger powder and 1/3 tspn. Garlic juice and take a pinch of Asafoetida. Mix these ingredients and you can add one teaspoon of Turmeric powder. Take this mixture 3 times a day.

Description :

When the two articulating surfaces of a synovial joint are separated from one other, the volume within the joint capsule increases and a negative pressure results. The volume of synovial fluid within the joint is insufficient to fill the expanding volume of the joint and gases dissolved in the synovial fluid (mostly carbon dioxide) are liberated and quickly fill the empty space, leading to the rapid formation of a bubble. This process is known as cavitation. Cavitation in synovial joints results in a high frequency 'cracking' sound.

  • 1. Roast 15 Tamarind seeds. Soak them for overnight in water. Remove the brown skin. Cut the whitish seed into small pieces and dry them in the sun. Dry roast them again. Powder the pieces. Mix equal quantity of candy sugar/mishri to it. Store this powder in a clean dry jar. Half a spoon of this powder with water should be taken 2 to 3 times a day.
  • 2. Take one tbs of sesame seed. Chew this sesame seeds daily in the morning provides natural calcium.
